Coromon is an indie attempt at the creature collector RPG, and it has a lot of character to it. It’s a charming game that feels like an old-school portable-era Pokemon, but with some modern features added in. A good amount of depth in the monster leveling and typing, some new ideas like the potential system, and a very customizable difficulty including built-in nuzlocke and randomizer options make this easy to recommend. I’d love to see a sequel sometime!

always on the lookout for Pokemon clones because the series always interested me but never grabbed me (dying to try the newest one though)
Great breakdown, will definitely consider picking this up down the line. Good to see Devs iterating on a formula that is enjoyable but in need of a shake up.
