3a) Avoid having personal or off-topic discussions in chat
3aI) Don’t bring up the names of other V-Tubers, Streamers or other people of renown unless I have brought them up.
3aII) “Hey did you hear about X?” Is fine as long as X is a person, event or thing that is relevant to me. Relevant means I have mentioned them, or have interacted with them significantly in the past.
3aII1) I don’t want whatever X is going to give to me.
4) Keep my name out of the chat of other V-Tubers and Streamers unless it obeys their rules.
