Vorst will not attack until you do a certain amount of damage. I am sure that the people found that as a huge advantage but it isn’t (me included). Meaning: forget to boost your stats at the start of the battle. He will reset your boosted stats the first time he freeze your Coromon. As soon the battle starts, you need to deal some damage. As I said, he will freeze your Coromon after that but with a Crany Fruit it will be immediatly unfrozen. Then, is time to boost your Coromon. I really don’t know if Sp. Defense cakes did something, since Splash ignore Sp. Defense (I think). At least it helped with the Icy Flurry move (I would suggest you to improve Defense rather than Sp.Defense since Snowball and Avalanche are physical attacks). Boosting the attack using Overdrive makes a good combo with Headcrash since it deals a tone of damage (my Blazitaur had the trait Hardheaded which ignores recoil. Without that trait Blazitaur will receive 30% recoil damage). Boosting the Evasion and Critical is also a good idea (with Evasion to the highest, he can’t barely touch you and with Critical to the highest, you will have almost a 100% critical chance). Do not make the same error as I did. Boost the Evasion first! That would let you boost the rest of the stats without being touched to much
