The best way to gather those 4 Buzzlet is to use a Potent Scent (save before using it) and run around the Thunderous Cave. Use the Potential Reader to see if the Buzzlet’s potential is at least 14. The quest asks for 15, but I show you how to go from 14 to 15 in the video. It takes 1,000 steps for the potentiflator to finish. Good luck on your quest and Shine Bright!
